What is your return policy for limited edition releases?
Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that due to the high demand for limited releases, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes.
How should I care for my Shoyoroll kimono to prevent shrinking?
We recommend washing your kimono in cold water and hanging it to dry. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat can damage the fabric and cause significant shrinkage.
Do you offer international shipping?
