We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase; items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition releases and Batch drops may have specific terms regarding exchange availability.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your Gi or apparel is in its original packaging with all tags attached and has not been used for training or washed.
Initiate Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely package your items to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
